Welcome to ACwala24x7 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://acwala24x7.in/) and services. By accessing our website and availing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

ACwala24x7 provides AC installation, repair, maintenance, and rental services, along with geyser and refrigerator servicing. Prices and service details are subject to change without prior notice.

Booking and Payments

1. All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
2. Payments can be made via cash, online transfer, or other available payment methods.
3. Service charges mentioned on the website are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Advance payment may be required for certain services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
2. Credit (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched.

Service Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on repairs and installations, valid for a specified period after the service. The warranty does not cover damages due to improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or external factors.

Liability

Acwala is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from service delays, customer negligence, or third-party interference. Customers are advised to ensure the safety of their premises and belongings during service.

Safety Measures

Our technicians follow strict safety protocols, including the use of masks, gloves, and sanitization tools. Temperature checks and Aarogya Setu verification are part of our safety compliance.

Customer Responsibilities

1. Customers must provide accurate information when booking services.
2. Ensure accessibility to the service location at the scheduled time.
3. Report any issues within the warranty period to claim applicable service benefits.

For Customers

Service & Warranty

Company ke technicians verified aur trained hote hain; service standard SOP ke according hota hai.

Service warranty 30 days rahegi (same issue repeat hua to free of cost repair).

Spare parts warranty manufacturer ke policy ke according hoga.

Gas charging par 6 months leakage warranty milegi.

Payments

Saare payments ACwala24x7 company account me hi hone chahiye (Cash/UPI/Card/Bank).

Technician ko directly payment dena allowed nahi hai (agar diya to company responsible nahi hogi).

Invoice/digital receipt customer ke WhatsApp/email par bheja jayega.

Cancellation & Refund

Service booking cancel karne par minimum ₹100–₹200 cancellation fee lagega (agar technician already assigned ho).

Advance payment ki refund sirf genuine cases me hi possible hai (company decision final hoga).

AMC plans non-refundable hain, lekin transferable hain (customer chahe to dusre AC pe shift kar sakte hain).

Privacy Policy

We respect customer privacy and ensure that personal details are not shared with third parties, except for service-related purposes. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nagpur courts.
